k, jus finished jogging to check which part of my body is still not functioning well enough...

• neck-- still abit stiff but can job means not really a problem le
• windpipe -- can sence tht its still not fully recovered frm me bad cough last mth
• gastric -- still giving me some gases, these really need some time to get better
• voice -- doesnt sounds like e one i hav b4 my cough

i believe another week will cure 80% of e above problems, on e condition tht no new problems occur. 嗨...，我的命真苦啊（而我也认了，so definitly ok with it）。。。
