可以送你回家吗?

today in intro stat lect:
is a "coincidence" truly an unusual event?
the law of large numbers states tht if something has a very large number of opportunities to happen, occasionally it will happen, even if it seems highly unusual.
well, in a way of similar saying in chinese (onli tht its on neg side) is: 夜路走多终遇鬼

as can see, everything is possible to happen, especially in this city of possibility. sometimes, ppl may say 'woah, u so gd bro ah. still go out to mrt to fetch ur sis.' hey, e nite is already dark, of course i will make this trip, i definitely will not give others (with bad thoughts) tht little chance. as part of family education, im so use to this concept tht i will (most of e time) ask ppl(gals) : '可以送你回家吗?' as to confirm their safety at nite (1 more thing to add on, i dun hav a vehicle with me).

but u may say 'y not ask 需要送你回家吗?'. dun b stupid, lidat ask, e reply will b 'no need, thx!', bcos this question is much easier to reject than e previous one. since this will b e conclusion, might as well dun ask. questioning is definitely part of e art of speech, which i believe im quite gd at it at this stage of life... ba!

another thing u may wonder, 'is it safer for u, with me sending u back?' of cos definitely safer than u alone la. 我是最好的坏人嘞,比外面的坏人还好嘞!

its been quite some times since my last entry. well, i will say u will see lesser as i hav been n will b very busy for quite some time. jus bear with it while i bear thro mine...
