lets look at the lowest score for nus, which is its 'Staff/Student' n its lower than ntu. wat does this mean? is it tht nus 的学生素质比 ntu 差???

now lets look at the lowest score for ntu, which is its 'Citations/Staff ' n its much lower than nus. wat does this mean? is it tht ntu 的 paper 比 nus 还要乱写???

我不知道别人怎么样，我只知道我交上去的paper肯定是乱写的。。。
